By accessing or using the FabsRental website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Rental Services
FabsRental provides premium vehicle rental services through multiple platforms including our direct website, mobile application, and partner platforms (Truo, TripCity).
Key Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (minimum 2 years of driving experience)
- Minimum age: 25 years for premium vehicles
- Valid credit card for security deposit
- Proof of insurance or purchase of our insurance coverage
3. Payment Terms
All rentals require payment in advance. We accept multiple payment methods through our secure payment processing systems.
- Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal
- Security Deposit: $500-2000 hold on credit card
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund 48+ hours before pickup
- Late Fees: $50 per hour after grace period
4. SMS Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from FABS Rental LLC for:
- Account verification (one-time passcodes)
- Reservation confirmations and updates
- Important rental-related notifications
- Pickup and return reminders
- Customer service communications
Important Information:
- Message Frequency: Variable, based on your rental activity
- Message and Data Rates: May apply depending on your carrier plan
- Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

Note: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or rental.

5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking or vaping in the vehicle ($250 cleaning fee)
- Off-road driving or racing
- Transporting illegal substances
- Driving under the influence
- Crossing international borders without permission
